Living Greens Power Soup

1 ½ cups Superjuice Rejuvelac
2 cups sprouts (any type you choose)
4 stalks celery
2 cucumbers
1 clove garlic
1 thumb sized piece of ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ cup soaked dulse
¼ small cayenne
2 avocados
2 cups greens, your choice, but lacinato kale or mustard greens are quite good

Optional: ½ cup basil  

Step 1) Add all ingredients, except avocado, to blender and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Add the avocado at the end—it will give a creamy texture.

Suggestion: This is a perfect lunch. You can pack it in a ball jar. Try it with some sprouted flax crackers. You can really mix this up and get creative. You can switch up the greens and herbs and keep it diverse. I love it with basil, but I also like it with: lamb’s quarters, watercress, purslane, dandelion greens, or any other edible green or herb. Enjoy!
