Green Power Smoothie

1 ½ cups Superjuice Rejuvelac, green coconut water, fresh squeezed orange juice, or pure water
2 tbsp. green powder
½ cup blueberries
½ banana
½ cup almonds or hempseeds plus two juiced oranges
1 ½ cups nut milk of choice (unsweetened hemp or almond best)
Optional: 1-2 tbsp. coconut oil or 1-2 tbsp. flax oil

Steps) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency

Fruit Stew

1 cup sliced avocado
½ cup pineapple
½ cup sliced plantain
½ cup sliced apple
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
2 cups orange juice
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup pitted dates
1 cup frozen strawberries

Step 1) Mix fruit in bowl.

Step 2) Blend orange juice, lemon juice, dates and frozen strawberries. Pour over fruit and enjoy.

Suggestion: This is really good with a bit of sprouted wild grain rice and a minced jalapeno pepper in the mix.
