Superjuice Rejuvelac

1/3 cup of one of the following (quinoa preferred but good to mix it up)
quinoa
kamut
buckwheat
rye
soft winter wheat berries
pure water

Step 1) Soak quinoa in pure water in jar with cheese cloth and rubber band covering top for 2 hours then drain the liquid and lay jar on side. Quinoa will sprout overnight.

Green Power Smoothie

1 ½ cups Superjuice Rejuvelac, green coconut water, fresh squeezed orange juice, or pure water
2 tbsp. green powder
½ cup blueberries
½ banana
½ cup almonds or hempseeds plus two juiced oranges
or
1 ½ cups nut milk of choice (unsweetened hemp or almond best)
Optional: 1-2 tbsp. coconut oil or 1-2 tbsp. flax oil

Steps) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency

Green Supreme Juice

3 granny smith apples
4 pieces kale
½ cucumber
4 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
1 grapefruit
1 thumb sized piece ginger
Optional: Few sprigs fresh parsley and/or few sprigs fresh cilantro.

Step 1) Juice either in a juicer or a blender until desired consistency

Essentials Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 cup hemp milk
1 cup Superjuice Rejuvelac
1 banana
2 oranges juiced (more as needed)
1 tbsp. sprouted flax meal/powder
1 tbsp. sprouted chia powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. greens powder, or few leaves of your favorite greens
½ cup of your favorite sprouts

Steps) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency (adding extra juiced oranges if needed)—drink!

Super Smoothie

½ cup ice
4-6 oranges juiced
1 cup nut milk (unsweetened hemp, almond or hazelnut)
1 cup Superjuice Rejuvelac
1 banana (frozen if you have one))
1 tbsp. raw cacao
1 tbsp. maca

Steps:) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency.

Iced Sun Matcha

16 cups pure water
2 tbsp. matcha
½ lemon

Steps) In a large glass jar, mix all ingredients. Place in sun for approximately one hour, then chill for one hour prior to serving. This drink can be made without warming in the sun, but who couldn’t use a little more solar energy? Feel free to add a bit of raw honey or coconut nectar to sweeten things up a bit.
