Wow! What a super day to get super charged on Superfoods for my presentation tonight at Hudson Library & Historical Society, 6:30pm. I woke up bright and early to some Tai Chi and Yoga. Then I did about an hour or so of trail running. It was awesome hot even this morning! After the running I had a bomb green smoothie, cheers cosmos! One of the best ways to cool off, eh? And, here is my lunch, Sprouted Quinoa Tabouli (pg 139, Eat Yourself Super) on a bed of fresh, local spring greens! Yum! See you in Hudson!
